  • What WiFi Channel Shall I Use?

    Connect to the Meeting Room LB WiFi network, login details will be provided upon arrival.

  • How Do I Setup Chromecast?

    Step 1 - Connect to the Meeting Room LB WiFi network.

    Step 2 - Open Google Chrome and make sure you have the latest version installed.

    Step 3 - Open the additional options menu by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of Google Chrome.

    Step 4 - Select "Cast" from the list of options.

    Step 5 - Select your source, choose whether you'd like to cast your browser tab, entire desktop or file on your computer.

    Step 6 - Once you've chosen your source, click on the AlphaCast icon and then share to start casting.

    Switching Between Sources - To switch between sources, click on the three dots again and choose cast. Click the AlphaCast icon and stop the cast. Select the source you'd like to cast and then click the AlphaCast icon.

  • What's Included?

    As well as having full access to the meeting room and break out room, the room is also equipped with a fridge, kettle, sink and unlimited tea, coffee, water and biscuits.

  • Is the Room Wheelchair Friendly?

    The meeting room is only accessible via the 3 steps at the front of the building and is therefore not wheelchair friendly.

  • How Many People Does the Room Hold?

    Depending on how you would like the room laid out, the meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people in a classroom layout or 10-12 around the conference table. Additional tables can be used to accommodate the larger numbers.

  • How Much Does It Cost?

    £25 + VAT per hour or £165 + VAT per day.

  • What Are Your Opening Hours?

    The meeting room is open from 8:30am till 5:30pm Monday to Friday and closed at the weekends.

  • Is There Parking?

    There is plenty of parking outside the premises.

  • How Far Is It From The Station?

    The meeting room is situated on Grovevbury Road approximately 1.2 miles from the station and can be accessed on foot, by taxi or public transport.

  • How Do I Pay?

    BACS payment is preferred - details will be given on the booking confirmation form.
    Cancellation Terms: 50% non-refundable following booking confirmation. 100% non-refundable within 5 working days of start of hire period.

  • Are There Lunch Options Available?

    Whilst we don't have any food options on site, there are various options available nearby including Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, McDonalds as well as sandwich platter deliveries from the high street.

  • What Can The Meeting Room Be Used For?

    The meeting room is ideal for offsite meetings, staff training courses, interviews and more.
